Basketball Agility Drill 1:Cone Jumping
See Video Example

1.Line up 6-inch cones one for each player.

2. The players should stand to the right of the cone.

3. On the whistle, jump with both feet together back and forth over the cone continuously for a period of time. (10, 15, 20 seconds)

Basketball Agility Drill 2: Rope Jumping

1. Line players up with each player having a rope.

2. On the whistle, jumpe rope with both feet.

3. On the next whistle, switch to jumping with the right feet.

4. On the next whistle, switch to jumping with the left feet.

Basketball Agility Drill 3: Leg Bounds

1. Line players up along the baseline

2. Stand with your legs together, arms tucked to your sides, and knees bent.

3. Jump as high and as far as you can, throwing you arms up and extending your body.

4. Land in the same position that you started in and jump again immediately.

5. Continue jumping until you reach the far baseline.
